whisper voice
By teacher from atlanta

Clip to ScrapBook
This does not always work but it will with some students. Teach the students how to "feel" their voice. Have them put their fingers on their throat and talk to feel the vibration. Then have them put their finger on their throat and whisper. There is no vibration. This is a great way to teach them what a whisper sounds like. Then when you want to remind them to use a whisper voice you can just point to your throat. Good Luck!
