Your responce really helped me. Here's what I am going to do: "ON THE ROAD TO SUCCESS"- I will set up a traffic light and each student will have a car. The cars will be moved to each level (red, yellow and green) depending on behavior. If a student passes red, they will have a ticket sent home to inform their parents. When the whole class is on yellow or green, I will post a seperate car on a paper highway on the wall (under the traffic lights). When they have 20 cars, they will recieve a reward. Thanks for sharing your ideas, it really helped!!
