    And thank goodness we don't. Talk about stress and not feeling like your admin trusts you!! I do them faithfully every week in my plan book, but I am not required to state what standards I am meeting with each lesson, and my plan book is for me - it's not meant to be understood by anyone who reads it. I type out elaborate sub plans but my plans for myself are not. I would think that if it's been noticed that a teacher is totally unorganized, doesn't appear to be using time well, or doesn't seem to be teaching, then yes, I think admin should be able to ask without question to see the lesson plans.
