I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but here are some of the MANY roles of the teacher
-undergo continual self assessment by self reflection
-provide differentiated instruction based on individual's specific

learning needs (learning styles/preferences) by differentiating the student's expected product or by differentiating methods of delivering instruction to that child -apply research based strategies/practices in the classroom -continue professional growth (attend inservices, conferences, self selected research) -meet each student's needs by assessing "where they are at,"

not where they are "expected to be"
-facilitate personal, academic, behavioral, social, emotional growth of students
-provide students with a safe learning environment
