at my school we also have

Big book center if you have those at your school, a magnetic letter center where they can make words, computer center if you have a computer and games in your room, and an overhead center where they can write words on the overhead or where you can make transparancies for them to read. I was even thinking of bringing in a light brite at some point and letting them make letters on the light bright.
