I feel that we are compensated pretty fairly here. I will be starting my 5th year in the district, 7th year of teaching, and will make right around $48,000+ for a bachelor's plus 18 credits. I pay about $180 monthly for my enitre family to have WONDERFUL medical, dental and vision benefits.

It is a bit expensive to live here though, just depends on your wants and needs :)
