With 19 years experience, I will make 36,800 without a masters (it doesn't really pay). I have about 12 graduate hours, but we don't get anything for this. We got a $2000(cleared,YEA!) bonus this year, but this isn't garanteed each year. We are supposed to get a fifteen hundred dollar raise this fall, but guess what? Our insurance went up about $80, it now cost $400 a month (doesn't include dental).
