Blue Jeans Dress Down
By Susan/IN

Clip to ScrapBook
We might get more teachers to attend but our students can wear jeans any time they want so that wouldn't be much of an incentive. We have very poor attendance at our PTO meetings (I'm guilty of not attending as many as I should) but they do give a $25 Market Day coupon to one family in attendance each meeting as well as to a teacher. Sadly, this hasn't made much difference. This year we are going to try to hold our meetings earlier (6 p.m.) and after 3 of the meetings we're going to have Family Literacy nights. We're hoping that this will help attendance. I'm thinking, though, that if we have it at 6 p.m. we're going to have to provide hot dogs or something, since that is during dinner. Guess we'll find out.
