But I have found that those who are intimidated by COMPETENCY and INNOVATION are the ones who try to intimidate others. Happens in my school. If we can only get 2 or 3 more teachers to retire who should have years ago, then the necessary changes can be made to bring our school into the 21st century. It's so frustrating.

I eat my lunch in my room becuase I can't stand the b**ching and moaning that goes on. If you're that unhappy, leave for cryin' out loud. I am thrilled to have a job so close to my home so I'm not at the point of leaving yet, but we'll see how next year goes (summer break right now).

It's nice you took the time to talk with your colleague.:)
