I feel proud of myself

Hi Today I feel that I have done a good deed and I want to share it with you. There is a colleague of mine who is leaving school because she can't work anymore with her 2 grade collaegues. They tried to intimidate her all
the time she was at school and made her feel as though she was inferior to them. It was a sad situation and the head had no power over them since she is afraid of the other two teachers, funnily enough. Today, it being her last day, I found this teacher on a one to one basis and praised her for her work. I gave her a small remembrance of me. She felt so good and she told me that I

made her day. She is so upset that she does not even want to drive past the school anymore and she prefers being jobless rather than being in such a situation. Why are people so cruel to each other? Why can't we work as a team? It's so sad to listen to these sad stories. At least for a split second I brightened her day, however the pain that she feels will take time to heal. She might be able to forgive but never to forget!
