MS needs in on PC exchange

I've been part of a postcard exchange for the past two years and have absolutely loved it! The teacher who organized the exchange is no longer doing so and I need a new one to join. Do you need Mississippi???? If not I could represent TN because I'm only five miles south of the Memphis, Tennessee border. I'm going to be so disappointed if I can't participate this year!:( I'm getting ready for a baby and will miss the beginning of school for maternity leave or else I'd organize one myself. My fingers are crossed!
