team leader
By Ilvtching

Clip to ScrapBook
From the perspective of having been on two different grade level teams in the past two years... I have a couple ideas.

* When meeting--have an agenda and try to stay as focused on it as possible but be flexible.

* Take everyone's ideas into account--even if you don't use them.

* Be a great listener--the third grade team leader was a great listener and it really helped a lot. Everyone had input.

* Don't always be right!--Realize that others have valuable ideas and just because they differ from yours doesn't mean they have any less value.

* Be supportive and have fun! :)

Hope that helps!

Amy
