    fake windows

You could create fake windows using craft supplies, construction paper, paint, etc. to create scenes for each season. The scenes would look they are behind window panes. Put them on walls that allow room.

I've also seen somewhere, like a wallpaper discount store or someplace, large window size outdoor scenes, sort of like murals, but window size. I know that's not a good description, but hopefully you get the idea.

Possibly put up a fake picket fence and then have students create scenes for behind the fence (flowers, trees, snow, etc.). Mirrors will probably help too, just make sure they are mounted securely so they don't fall and break.

While I don't have an interior classroom, I've been in rooms that are, and with the lighting and light paint, and tasteful decorations, I didn't even notice there were not windows. On the positive, you won't have students staring out the windows! :-)
