Clap out send-off

Our school goes up to third grade. The parents and other grade level classes line the hallways. Our school circles around, so the third graders walk the hallways through their own wing, through the first grade wing, and through the kindergarten and second grade wings, going by the Main Office and finally exiting out the doors, with everyone clapping for them as they pass through. It is very exciting for the kids. We also have a Moving Up Day the day before, and the new third graders you are going to have give you a great greeting as you go by the second grade classrooms.We also did this in my old school which had three floors, the kids just followed a route past each room and down the staircases.
