Could you hang a short clothes line and use the clippy (very technical term, I know) type of clothes pins to hang them from the line? The kids could choose the one they wanted to read and returning it would be easy... look for the empty clip! That way you can still spiral bind them.

Do you think it would be strong enough? Just a thought.
