recipe book

Clip to ScrapBook
I've found a fantastic recipe book called "Life's on Fire....Cooking for the Rushed" by Sandi Richard that has great recipes including veggies and sides, for a week at a time, shopping lists are included. The recipes are written in an easyformat that makes sure everything comes out ready at the same time, and all are quite healthy and family friendly. Check out Amazon or Chapters for a copy. She has 3 books out, one is specifically designed for the summer so you don't get a hot kitchen - it uses the bbq, slow cooker, microwave and toaster oven more. But the "Life's on Fire" has the most recipes. It's just great. Trust me.
