Here are a few things I have done:

I have kids sit in groups or pairs. Each group/pair has a plastic cup on their desk. When the group is the first ready or doing something great, each person gets a marble or ticket

(depending on which I'm using at the time). I also give them out to individuals for line behavior, winning games like BINGO, etc. At the end of the week, the group with the most marbles or tickets in their cup gets to use seat cushions the next week. They love it! I also let each member of the group pick something from the treasure bucket as well. I have used another

system where I have sticks in a cup with different rewards on them: teacher's chair for a day, trade seats for a day, free pencil, etc. Every Friday they get to pick a stick if they have turned all assignments in on time and have had no marks in their behavior folder that week.

I also have a "store" so the kids earn bucks (paper) all year and can shop during their free time. Some kids save up, some spend right away, it's fun to watch!

The last thing I do is a whole class reward. I have a chart hanging and every time the whole class does something great or receives a compliment from another teacher, I add a sticker to the chart. When all 20 spaces are filled, the student of the week chooses something from the mystery bag. In the bag are pieces of paper with different things listed: bring slippers to wear tomorrow, extra recess, free time in class, choose where you sit for a day, etc.
