pick the marbles

We had a fun one for the last few years. You get a kiddie pool, put water in it and a bunch of marbles. The participants take off shoes and socks, sit in a little chair by the pool, one from each team. They are timed and try to get as many marbles out of the pool into their bucket (held by a team mate) using only their toes. Fun, wet, not too serious. Remember to dump the marbles back in for the next participant.
