I usually type a back to school agenda for the families to follow as they visit the room...Some of the things on it this year are: Sign the guest list. Tour the room. Check out some of the great books and materials we have. Meet the class pets. Have your parents introduce themselves to another family they don't yet know. Introduce yourself to a new friend. Pick up an information packet. Enjoy a snack. Get a gift bag (one for kids and one for parents). Have your family photo taken. Say hello to your teacher. Hope this helps. ;-D
