that's how I got my job next year. I let the principals know I finally had my resume in. Granted, I only got one interview, but it was the job I wanted at the school I wanted.

I kept in touch with the principal. I also subbed there a lot, so I established some repore (sp?) with some teachers who later one were in on my interview.
