Buy a vase and as many flowers as you have kiddos. Then have each child place flowers in the vase in front of her, one at a time, each saying one of the things she's wonderful at. At the end present her the list and she'll have a vase full of flowers and a documentary of your appreciation. Roxy's Roses!
