I feel your pain! :) Seriously, I don't NEED gifts, but who doesn't like to feel appreciated? I seem to have classes with NO parents who ever think to "thank" the teacher, while others make 4 and 5 trips to the car on the last day of school lugging all the loot home. I always gave gifts to my children's elementary teachers. What gives? (not my parents!)
