You are so lucky to have space to hang some of those wonderful posters that come free with book orders or that you can buy in school supply stores. I never have room for them! I had a great poster from Colgate on dental health - no place to hang it. Ditto the one from McGruff on taking a bite out of crime. I put them up on the door for a little while, until the rip and then I replace them with another offering. It would be great to have a dedicated place for stuff like that. One bulletin board idea is to divide a board into the number of squares you have students in class. Put two pushpins into each square. Then each student can decide what to hang in his/her own space. Sort of like having a personal bulletin board.
