I used the book the other person recommended (Circumference . . . ) and collected a bunch of tops for the students to measure. Each group of three had a baggy of 10 tops. They had to use a piece of string to measure the circumference and use a ruler to find the exact measurement. A recording sheet was used for the answers and they also had to find the diameter the same way and record it. When they were done we collected some of their data onto the board and the students had to come to the conclusion of the relationship b/n circumference and diameter.
