Need a change from Power Point

For the last two years I have finished off the end of school with a concert 10 minutes of singing followed by a power point story of our year. We finish in December in Australia. I take photos all year of various activities and have a slide on each child as well. Takes 10 minutes. I just wonder if anyone has any other ideas I could use. I am reasonable on the computer. The kids love seeing themselves and many parents want a copy each year. I just don't want to do the same thing every year.
