Maternity and child rearing leave

For maternity leave, we have up to 30 calendar days before and after the birth of the baby, which we may use sick days for if we wish to be paid. More than that would be with a doctor's note. After that you may take up to two years unpaid child rearing leave, one year at a time, as per our contract.
