My sub kit...
By musicbug

Clip to ScrapBook
.... includes those things that will help my sub the most.
1. A schedule (annotated with routines for specials and lunch/recess time)
2. Many extra activies just in case.
3. The name of one of my teammate who knows
where everything is,and covers emergency restroom breaks( we don't have interconnecting doors in my building.)
4. The names of children who have medical or other special concerns on a day to day basis.
5. The names of my 2 most responsible students.
6. The names of the reading specialist and resource teacher as kthey provide in room services.
I treat my subs like professionals.
I expect that they will cover most anything I would if I were present. I do offer options for group or independent work based on the classes behvior/ the sub's preference.
I hope this gives some insight.
