I run the social commitee at my school, i put know pressure on the staff to join in activities or contribute money. Its all by choice. If they think the money is going to a worthwhile cause they can donate, like wise going to events, if they want to come they are welcome, you can never cater for the needs of everyone so we make it open to ideas and donations.
