invite and expect the entire staff and it's annoying!!! Our building has 3 separate wings. It's not a huge school, but because of the wing arrangement, there are a lot of people that I really do not know. I know the faces

and I know the names, but I don't always know which name goes with which face. So yea, it gets to be too much sometimes. I was past the shower/wedding thing by the time I went to work there, but if I wasn't, I wouldn't want the entire staff feeling obligated to come to my shower. One of my co-workers is remarrying soon and for that reason, she asked that we not do it at school where

you feel like you need to invite everyone and not hurt anyone's feelings. Financially, all of the fund raising does get to be too much at times. My husband is very ill. He's working now, but off on disability frequently and we need to keep some money in the bank for a rainy day, but it's always raining on somebody else's day = oh well, such is life :)
