What other alternatives do we have? By musicbug

Our hands are tied behind our back. Oh ,we are held accountable, but the little darlings have a get out of jail free card.(Mommy and Daddy ragging us or admin everytime we enforce consequences.) How do we get the kiddos to understand we mean business, when everyone else is letting them off the hook. I hate keeping them in,but what other serious alternatives do we have? Anyone with suggestions let me know.:confused:
