I try to go to the gym 3-4 nights per week to relieve my stress. On Tuesday and Thursday nights I attend an hour and a half class at the gym where we do step aerobics, kickboxing, bootie, and abs. I usually pretend I am kicking or punching whoever/whatever I'm stressed about! :D I try to do light weights and a little more cardio (usually about 25-30 minutes on the elliptical) any other days I go. It works because I always feel better after I leave the gym! :) I also seem to have fewer migraines when I'm in my gym routine.
