recess first

My class has recess first, then lunch. I haven't ever had it the other way as a teacher, so I cannot comment on it. The one thing I love is that if i have to keep a child in for recess, then I can do it for a few minutes and then send them on their way. I don't have to interrupt my lunch to meet them in the room, etc.
