Sore Feet By teach1st

Hey Lyni,
I too had the sore feet. I literally could not walk in the morning. It was a shuffle until I could get going. After xrays and fittings, I got custom orthotics. They are very stiff, but do the trick. I too had cortizone shots--very helpful. I noticed that Birkenstock shoes are wonderful for me. Some people say they can't wear them. Good luck with your feet. Sore feet are not fun. Lauren
