Clip to ScrapBook
At a workshop I went to a couple of years ago it was said that during independent work times music that has 60 beats per minute is benefitial to children learning. I play quite a bit of music during work time, but it is all instrumental and adheres to the 60 beats per minute. Yanni, Kenny G., and some classical music works well, and the kids in my room really enjoy quiet music instead of pure silence.
