4 Blocks
By Diane

Clip to ScrapBook
I know just how you feel! I have been doing the same thing-reading,making,buying,trying to decide the best way to begin, have the books but have never seem this format in person and I am a 'hands on' learner. I need this
advice too! Already visited and downloaded all info that I could fine but it is overwhelming. I think the best block to begin with is Making Words and slowly add others- maybe one/two a week - We also have a new reading series - Harcourt and I think it is somewhat laid out like 4 Blocks. What materials are you planning on using. I have been making, buying, and copying little readers
for some time and feel that I have an assortment of leveled materials to begin. My problem will be having the leveled materials fit the right time of year and topic of my units. When I have it all sorta out and reorganized, I may be better off than I think. We will go ahead and do the best we can with what we have - but I do suggest slow and easy and maybe others can give us more help along the way. At least I am not alone! LOL
