Packing Peanuts

This is a toughy, as I am not inclined when it comes to chemistry. But, after reading, I thought about addressing real world issues. Litter is a huge one, so naturally I thought about packing peanuts from UPS. Those packing peanuts disolve when they get wet from water, so there is your chemical reaction and real world issue. I am sure that UPS would help you out too.
