Glyphs
By Virginia

Clip to ScrapBook
Helen is right -- glyphs are a way to gather and display data. I use them in my first grade classroom and the kids love them. In fact, I purchased a GREAT book entitled "Glyphs" by Susan O'Connell, published by Good Apple. It contains back to school, parent/child, birthday, Thanksgiving placemat, Valentine, Gingerbread Men, Rainy Day and Ladybug glyphs to name a few. There are many seasonal glyphs in this book.

The best part is that everything you need is provided and the glyphs are reproducible. The cost of the book was $8.99. The ISBN number is 1-56417-663-0.

I hope this helps you, Stephanie.
