Lesson Plan Software
By Virginia

Clip to ScrapBook
Kelly, I use the software program entitled "Teacher Desktop" - there is a version for Windows and for Mac. The features of this software include home letters, theme builders, grade book, attendance record and lesson planner.
To be honest, I have used only the lesson planner to date and the format is the same as a traditional paper lesson plan book. In fact this software is by Hammond and Stephens.

I must admit there are a few glitches in the software. but nothing you can't bypass. For instance, one very poor feature is how the software alphabetizes your subjects rather than keep them according to the

time periods you assign. However, you simply type a number in front of each subject to get the order you want. An example would be 1.English(8:30-9:00), 2.Reading(9:00-10:30), 3.Math(1:00-1:30) and so on. You can view the software on this site:

If you have any other questions, just let me know.
