Reader's Workshop
By Jen

Clip to ScrapBook
Hi,

What I do is to keep a notebook for this time. In my planbook I write any general changes in centers etc, or groups I will work with. In my notebook I have sections for each student with anecdotal notes and running records. In a group section I have blank pages with separate rectangles in which I make note of questions to ask, skills to focus on and a section to reflect quickly on what worked, thinks to watch in students, things for next time.

I usually photocopy the current page of groupwork lessons and keep them with my subfolder.

Hope this helps,

Jen
