This is the craziest thing....

I can't imagine that so many of you are sitting in classrooms, where you are responsible for children, and you don't have access to any phone at all. And so many people seem to feel they are obligated (as teachers) to not have their phone on. This world has become crazy. I do not ever want to be cutoff. What if your school has a crisis (crazy person/parent with a grudge)? I want to lock my door and have the ability to notify someone. I want to be able to dial 911!!
And as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt,.friend, .... I want the people who might need me to call and reach me (not my machine, a secretary, etc...)
