As for movement/singing/games,
The songs are all on the CD's, use good singing models, and are in an appropriate range for this age group. All game and movement directions are written out, along with musical score. The material can be ordered directly from Themes & Variations, but they can also be purchased from music distributors. West Music has a great online catalog and probably has both of these resources. Denise's materials are not high-powered, rock-style offerings, but they are good, solid folk repertoire that all children should know. I find them very useful with 3rd and 4th grade, and the younger ones tend to love anything that's done as a singing game or includes movement.
