In general, Raffi recordings are not for 3rd graders. You probably have Montessori guidelines for what is appropriate, so be sure to check these out with your director if you haven't already done that.

As for movement/singing/games,
I love the collections from Denise Gagne. I've included her site address below. The two collections I'd suggest for your age grouping are ACTION SONGS CHILDREN LOVE, vol. 3, gr. 2-5, and SINGING GAMES CHILDREN LOVE, vol. 2. When you get to the site, click the two links that take you to those collections, and scroll through to the selected book. All songs are listed.
Each book/CD set is about $20 American.

The songs are all on the CD's, use good singing models, and are in an appropriate range for this age group. All game and movement directions are written out, along with musical score. The material can be ordered directly from Themes & Variations, but they can also be purchased from music distributors. West Music has a great online catalog and probably has both of these resources.

Denise's materials are not high-powered, rock-style offerings, but they are good, solid folk repertoire that all children should know. I find them very useful with 3rd and 4th grade, and the younger ones tend to love anything that's done as a singing game or includes movement. Here's the link:
