will always be the picture book series that Mildred Taylor did. The Friendship is about a friendship between a black boy and a white boy in the 1920's. The characters are from the other series of books on the Logan family. She is one of the most sensitive,vivid story tellers. I hope you will at least get a chance to preview it. Enjoy!:)
