My teammate from last year moved from her first year of teaching (sixth graders) to teaching first graders. I would be happy to share with you information that would make your year go smoothly. I have been teaching primary grades (first being the most years experience) for 19 years, but have no ESL experience! Let me know what you need--try to break it down into small pieces, ie. first day, reading management, etc. I'll be happy to help however I am able. Teri
