We do robber bingo at my mother in law's christmas party. It is a lot of fun!!!

We have done secret santas at work. I have done white elephant games too. We each bring a gift and draw numbers. The number one goes first and picks a gift (you can either open it or not) and number two can take the gift or pick a new one etc. No person is without a gift because if your gift is taken you get to get a new one.
Cookie exchange is a fun one too.
