I was nominated...

I was nominated last year by one of my student's parents. I did all of the paperwork and sent it in. I did not win the award, but I still felt honored that I was nominated. I felt that even though I did all that work to fill out the forms and write the essays about myself and did not win, it was still worth it. It was a great way to self reflect and I felt proud of myself that someone would nominate me. There is some good information about the award on their website http://disney.go.com/disneyhand/learning/teacherawards/
