Tutoring

I tutor a student at my school, but he's not in my class. His mom approached me and asked me to tutor. However, that's not always how it happens. You could advertise in the paper or spread it by word of mouth (church, organizations, etc.). The going rate where I live is along the lines of $10/hour; some are more, and some are less. I meet the student at school, but another teacher I know has outside students come to her house during the week. I think she met them through working at another school.
