Trick or Treat play dough
By hescollin

Clip to ScrapBook
Dollar Stores have small cans of play dough cheap. Look with the trick and treat items. It is cheaper than what they usually stock. Maybe smaller cans I can't remember.
2 cups flour, 1 cup salt, 2 Tablespoons cream of tartar, 2 Tablespoons oil, 2 cu water with food coloring.
Cook until just pulls away from pan. Knead until smooth. Store in air tight container.

Uncooked play Dough
1/2 cup water, 1 Tablespoon oil, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, 2 teaspoons cream of tartar, 2 drops food coloring Mix well. store in air tight container.

I like Play Dough best. You have to play a price for it.
