Good Luck in boards

I completed my Nat. Boards last year in Middle Childhood Gen. and planned a wedding as well. I am waiting for my results in the next couple of months. I combined my parent contacts into one accomplishment called "Parent Communication"
in Entry 4. It was much easier to express my impact when it was combined.

I did alot of group work in general, but to prep my students for the videos, I assigned a "facilitator" in each group. I coached that student in prompting group members that were not sharing with phrases such as "John, what do you think about . . . " and encouraging all members to share and

stay on task. Of course I chose a very verbal and responsible student, but not necessarily the smartest. My class did a beautiful job and I could not have gotten a better product if I had written a script. HA! I guess I'll see how it worked in a couple of months.
