THE BEST READ ALOUD CHAPTER SERIES By Becky

I teach First Grade and every year I read My Father's Dragon by Ruth Stiles Gannett. The children absolutely LOVE it. There are three books in the series. After My Father's Dragon, there is Elmer and the Dragon and then The Dragons of Blueland.
When I was reading this series the kids were begging for more. They have never been more attentive!!
There are also lots of fun activities that you could do that are related to this series.
