school cookbook

We have decided to self-publish a school cookbook with submissions from families and staff. So far we have about 325 recipes. This will be a soft sided book with a color picture laminated front cover. Do you think $8 is too much to charge? We're trying to determine a price, and since we're doing all of the work ourselves we don't have the same costs to cover as those who have theirs professionally printed, but we still want to make a decent profit. Any advice is appreciated!
